My new favorite burger place. Everything was delicious. Portions are massive. GET SAUCES. The house made sauces completed it. The Parmesan Truffle Fries dipped in truffle aioli are something I will dream about. I got the Goodnight/Good Cause and added mustard. I give it a 100/10. Portion, flavor, everything. Worth every penny.

Love the Green Chile Queso Fries and I throw them in the air fryer for 3 min and they are fresh AF! Love the green chile queso, no notes.
Thumbs down on the shake due to size and price. I ordered the mini, and it was MINI. Flavor was great tho, but I felt like I got robbed when I saw I paid that much for a 2.5" tall Bananas Foster Shake

Fries were overpriced compared to the "regular" porition sized I received. Fries arrived soggy and did not have any salt/pepper on them. I will not purchase them again. I had the Okiedokie Smash burger which was pretty good and flavorful. Burger did seem on the smaller side though, compared to the price. I would still order the burger again. Chipotle ketchup was pretty damn good as well.

For almost $10, the queso fries feel like robbery. Hardly any queso is given. The chicken patty on my Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich was way over cooked and the size of a golf ball. The bun to meat ratio was not equal. Quality is hit or miss.

Here’s a polished version that keeps the criticism clear and specific without sounding over-the-top:
Very disappointed with the recent changes to Hopdoddy’s burger salads and takeout packaging. What used to be one of the best takeout options has really gone downhill.
The new menu items are packaged terribly — the hot chopped burger was packed directly on top of a cold salad instead of separately like before. By the time it arrived, the meat was cold and impossible to properly reheat without further ruining the salad, which was already wilted and room temperature.
On top of that, key ingredients were missing or barely noticeable. There was no chipotle aioli included, and the apple cider vinaigrette had so little flavor the salad tasted completely dry and bland.
The kale preparation was also poor, with far too many tough heart stems left in. I actually had to spit out several bites because they were so unpleasant to chew.
I really miss the old burger salad style and previous packaging setup. Takeout used to be a major strength for Hopdoddy, but this experience was extremely disappointing.
