The Llano Poblano was delicious, and my wife loved The Classic, as it was just that, a classic burger. the BBQ BBQ Ranch Fries were surprisingly good and unique. I expected an overly BBQ flavor, but it was just a touch over subtle and paired really well with the ranch. The Hand Cut Chipperbec Fries were also really great in that they were slightly crisp on the outside and perfectly hot and soft inside. 10 of 10 would definitely enjoy this again!

Everything from this place is sooo salty. I love salt and this is next level. The Double Bacon Jam was super salty and the burger is rich. Flavors are just ok. The fries were cold and chewy. The mini Bananas Foster Shake was basically a pup cup. The whipped cream was 3/4 of the cup and there was no banana flavor, just caramel. Unfortunately a let down.

I ordered an ElDiabo burger and raw and mushy in the middle and the order of Parmesan Truffle brussels sprouts were chewy and the flavor was just so so. I tried to call the store to rectify the problem but no one would answer. Waste of $40 for dinner. I would not recommend

Delicious burgers, salads, and shakes, however on this occasion Hopdoddy was a let down. The fries were not crispy, I asked if I could be seated outside but was refused although there was ample space. An ounce of hospitality would have gone a long way. Furthermore, the business went cashless to preserve safety, but no one, waiters to cooks to patrons, wears masks. And Apple/Samsung pay are not taken either. To be clear this experience was out of the ordinary. Nonetheless, I believe 3 stars is warranted especially when the restaurant is sat next to an in n out offering better service for 1/5 the price.

I personally wasn't very impressed with the overall food quality as it appeared on the menu. The Classic was undercooked and the bread was very soggy. The fries didn't seem fresh not to mention items ended up missing. Id much rather go to IN & OUT burger or anything pretty quick and simple in comparison for the price they charge as well as the quality.
