Amazing chicken. Great crisp and taste. Only comment is that they should “split” the breasts to make them smaller pieces. One of the best fried 🍗 chickens in Charlotte.

This is the second time I've gotten Horace's Hot Chicken Tenders 3 count because I was hoping I just got a badly cooked batch, but it's just how they're made. They're fried way too hard to the point they're black in spots and are extremely greasy. They're also very salty. The honey mustard and brown sugar dip is really good so that's literally the only thing that saved those.
The Cole Slaw is gross and flavorless. Literally tastes like nothing and bad somehow at the same time.
I won't be trying here again.

The Horace's Hot Chicken Tenders 3 count was okay I think they were overcooked because it was pretty dark in spots and fried hard... but like too hard. And it was pretty greasy so I'm hoping maybe it was just a bad batch. I'd be willing to try the tenders again.
The Potato Salad was literally mayonnaise and chunks of potatoes. It had no flavor. Not good at all and wouldn't retry it.

Horace's is always great which is why I always go for em. But this time around the mac and cheese fell real flat. Horace's Favorite Fried Chicken Sandwich is always great but they gotta actually throw some cheese in there next time. Tasted like buttered noodles.

The bun was stale, chicken was heavy on the breading, clawslaw had a smell and tasted old as well. Hushpapies came with a frozen butter that clearly looked like was made years ago. I would not try this place again.
