When my order was extremely delayed due to the Dasher accepting the order then not picking it up, I called the restaurant and they were more than accommodating. They offered to remake the food so that whenever it was picked up by someone, it would be fresh. They also gave me an extra piece of Lemon Blueberry Cake for the inconvenience.

I paid $8 for steak tips to be added to my small House Chopped Salad and about half the steak was fat and gristle.

The number of stuffed mushrooms we received was one less than the number on the menu. The chicken strips say they come with fries and we paid for an extra side of mashed potatoes, but the order didn't come with fries just the mashed potatoes even though we paid extra for them.

The salad was inedible, slimy and soaked in dressing.
