The only thing that I can say is the tea that I have tried is terrific but the only complaint I have is when you put 2/2 a gallons of tea and one drink and your cartons, my grandson picked the carton up and it was so heavy that the handle broke and one of the teeth spilled on the floor, other than that I have no other complaint

I get the Iced Caramel Macchiato with half and half and add whipped cream and it tastes amazing!
