"I am a frequent flyer when it comes to this order. I have noticed lately that they keep forgetting to toast the bagel. Not a huge deal, but it is happening more often than not lately. I also appreciate it when they write notes on the receipt when out of bagel choices and substituted. So I know why there was a change :). Drink cup holders are TRASH and don't hold up....those poor drivers really struggle and work harder than they should have to in order to make sure the drinks arrive safely .
