Excellent food. A generous portion of crab rangoons. Good amount of filling inside. The pepper steak was great. The steak was tender and the vegetables were tender crisp in a nice sauce. The Szechwan chicken was delicious with tender meat and a nicely spiced sauce.

I live basically down the street, but my order was just delivered piping hot and really delicious! We love getting a bunch of appetizers from here for a smorgasbord night. But these photos don't do it justice. Bourbon Chicken flavorful, juicy with crispy edges and packed in the container. Egg Rolls and Steamed Potstickers, steamed or fried, phenomenal as usual. The dipping sauce here for the potstickers is so good and goes so well with them, that I am constantly disappointed when I eat dumplings elsewhere. Thanks a lot Hunan Lake, this is just the pick-me-up I needed today.

First time ordering here and will not be back. I don't typically write reviews but I felt like this was warranted. The General Tso’s Chicken Tso’s Chicken was lacking flavor and the meat was tough. The rice pictured came with the chicken. Very small portion as you can see its size compare to a water bottle. Not enough rice for the amount of chicken it comes with. The Crab Rangoon were also lacking flavor and the filling was cold. Other Chinese spots typically serve sweet and sour sauce with these and this restaurant does not include that. The egg roll was ok. I liked how it was cooked and crunchy on the outside but the inside mixture felt very mushy to me.

Got the more expensive general tso chicken and it came with a tiny amount of fried rice. Everything was bland or just off tasting. The pot stickers looked hand made which was exciting but half seemed fried and the other half seemed boiled. Just disappointing all around.

Broccoli, carrots, onion, green pepper, pea, pods, mushrooms, and tender beef with just the right amount of spicy. Everything was fresh and hot. The portion was big enough for two meals, and I would definitely order this again.
