I enjoyed the Masala Dosa for lunch. It came with flavorful sambar and three chutneys.

Nutella Dosa was hard and over cooked. The Chicken Tikka Pizza was dry and needed more sauce. The Veg Samosa was very good, great crispness and flavor. The Mango Lassi was delicious.

The Tandoor Platter was delicious, however the boneless pieces were extremely dry and tough (very fibrous, common problem these days). The Saag Paneer was good, but this time it was very bland. The Veg Samosa and Mango Lassi are always on point, and I like that they bottle their own Lassi.
I've been stopping here on the way home from work for takeout since they first opened, and it's always good food, but inconsistent as far as what to expect. I would like to see a spice level option for ordering online, and some combination platters on the menu; (thali?) or something affordable that includes multiple things. It would also be great to have an entrée + appetizer + side combo too. Just some economical thoughts from a loyal customer

Puri Chole and Chole Batura both were dry and hard to eat. Quantity and taste both are not worth the money

The rice was ... literally steamed Uncle Ben's rice lol... with star anise. Which... is a good idea to supply rice, but... it's not the good stuff. I would say, if low on rice, and you want to supply American style rice, use this old trick: fry the rice FIRST, add in the herbs and spices, THEN steam. This is how traditional Mexican rice is made.... and it keeps the "bite" to the rice instead of it being mushy.... also keeps in the flavor.... bc -- let's be real... anyone ordering AMAZING food like this want the entire experience....
The sauces.... OH... So... GOOD!! Heat index won't scare away the white folx... make a note to add some kick if you don't want it Mild.... And tha NAAN.... my goodness. Chewy and garlicky... and buttery... and flaky. Perfection.
Take some advice on stretching the rice! :)
Well done.
