This place is ridiculous in the best way!! Their portion sizes for their ice cream and shakes are huge, and their flavors are fantastic. I now order ice cream from here FAR too often--and I love it.

missed one of the ingredients, but no biggie! this place is a Utah institution! still the most amazing shakes!!! and the manager was awesome to call us to let us know they were out of something and what we wanted instead. WAY TO GO!!!

Iceberg is my favorite burger place, but unfortunately, the signature burger, the Iceburger, doesn't travel well. the bottom bun was so soggy that it had to be thrown away. Also, cotton candy flavor for the shakes never seems to be available since it gets substituted every time I order it. Lastly, no straws, spoons or fry sauce were included, despite specifically asking for more Extra Sauces. The Jr Hamburger had no ketchup either.

Quality has gone down hill. Both shakes did not have enough flavoring even though we paid for extra. The fries were cold and no fry sauce like I ordered. I used to be willing to pay for a good shake, but the last few times we have been largely disappointed.

My shake wasn't mixed well at all so when I was eating it I would get large mouthfuls of syrupy flavoring which were completely overwhelming & ruined the whole shake.
The food here has always been amazing but the last 3 times I've ordered from the 3900S 900E location my food has been awful.
I hope they can fix whatever the issue is so I can enjoy food at my fave diner again.
