I called IHOP to be sure that my order was ready and to confirm that I would receive my cheddar grits. A kind young man named Carlos answered my call and assured me that he would pack my order and to my surprise, he also put a hand written note inside my bag. It was so sweet and I called him back to say thank you and also to let him know that I put notes in my Son's lunch every day while he was in school and that it made my day to receive the note from him. Oh, the food was delicious!

for the price you pay, it's not worth it. I ordered a side of broccoli and there's almost nothing on here. The steak is bland with no flavor. It's more the plastic plate than food for 23$.

the omelet that I ordered was messy and not put together well and extremely greasy. The fruit was placed in the same container as the hot food, so it was warm and soggy.For 72 dollars, you expect your food to be better prepared
