The Waffle Combo is delicious. The  strawberry cheesecake Belgian Waffle is fresh and delicious. The eggs, bacon and crispy hashbrowns are hot and tasty.

Completely shocked by lack of quality, lack of consistency, and inability to add flavored syrups as ordered. Ordered 3 sets of pancakes:  Mexican Tres Leches Pancakes looked delicious and were made as expected. Pumpkin Spice Pancakes- (Short Stack) were ridiculously tiny and cost over $7 and each pancake was about half the size of the Tres Leches Pancakes. Original Buttermilk Pancakes - (Short Stack) were small, cooked inconsistently and one of the 3 pancakes was not a full pancake and was missing part of the bottom yet was included anyway. If this is the quality moving forward, will not order again.

the iced vanilla cold foam coffee was a waste. Absolutely disgusting. pancakes were warm and moist but they only gave me like 4 strawberries. not enough for a stack of pancakes.

French toast was not cooked through.i never rreceived my hash browns bacon or syrup. the appetizer wascold and theverything drinks were nothing but flavored syrup. Iwill NEVER order from theretaining again it was completely unacceptable. Horrible service. we were notifiedthat the order was readyand it was not even started upon pick up

first time having IHOP everything I have to say was good but I paid $51 for my order and did not receive the sausage links and they wasn't for me they was for my 5-year-old daughter that I had to bring to work with me and that's the only thing she will eat is sausage links so I ended up having to have someone run to McDonald's for me to get sausage patties because that's the only other sausage she will eat would have much rather I've had them from IHOP because I heard that they are the best! figured spending $51 you would get your whole meal that you paid for but Burger was good strawberry pancakes was good my daughter got to eat the strawberries and somehow I talked her into eating half the pancakes and the omelette was pretty good could have used a little more salsa but it was pretty good and their smoked sausage was amazing!
