Absolutely perfect was everything I was looking for! The Pollo a La Brasa (Half) was delicious, tender and fell off the bone. dont be afraid to use your fingers and dig in. The aji's are great to the last drop. The Lomo Saltado was hard to stop eating it had a ton of flavor but with the addition of the aji's it's just amazing. Wash it down with an Inca Kola best soda in the world!

I got the Pan Con Chicharron for myself and it was so delicious and filling. For my daughter I got the Mostrito and she loved the chicken so much. The Chicha Morada was also by far some of the best tasting out there. Would definitely order again.

I have been dying for amazing Peruvian food in Denver and Inca Grill has delivered!!!! The Lomo Saltado was perfect! The marinade for the meat was so savory, and the fries were cooked to perfection. I will definitely be ordering from here regularly!!

I'm Peruvian, and I can vouch for the Lomo Lomo Saltado and the Arroz Chaufa. The Lomo could be a tad less salty and use a bit more ginger, but otherwise a phenomenal example of a classic staple. And the Chaufa is rich in flavor, nothing bland or stale about it. Perhaps a few more green onions, but quite exceptional. I am willing to bet that i'll be ordering the rest of the menu in the next month or so.

The fried chicken is fireeeeee. Crunchy and so much flavor! The Fried rice, bombbbbbb. Perfect comfort food. It's all a little pricey for quantity, but makes up in quality of crunch and flavor!
