How can I eat my food with no utensils im at work .The rice is poorly packaged and almost spilled out. The fish should come with warnings about the small sharp bones

Hilsa Fish, Dal & Rice Dal was not at all tasty and fish literally gave bad smell, doesn't look like fresh and added fried fish in curry.
