Best Pizza and pasta I've ever had. Flavors are very unique. The arugula with truffle oil on the side to top off the pizza was extraordinary. The dough was perfect! The Cavatelli Ala Norcina had an amazing flavor too. Great value for money.

Wow, wow, wow... this place is truly a hidden gem. This place serves Japanese Italian fusion, and it is outstanding! I loved it so much that I just kept ordering from here. A definitely must try the Spicy Miso Carbonara and add the bone marrow, and it will definitely blow your mind. Also, for the non Spicy bone marrow, Cavatelli and the butchers choice for pizza. This place is definitely amazing.

Shrimp Rigatoni alla Rosa needed more sauce. It was a bit dry for pasta. Also small portion. Don't ever order the Truffle Cheese Bread to go. Big ass portion, but needs to be eaten fresh in the resturant to enjoy the flavors. I probably wouldn't do to go again for these 2 dishes but definitely eating in store.

"Don't Spend Your Money Here" Very little Sauce comes with the Pasta and what they gave me was Bland! Meatballs were decent. Peach drink was so Small and cost 9.00 it Must be the Ice because the Cup was Packed with it.
I spent 87.00 bucks and got Bland everything.
It seems another Italian Joint in Orange County is afraid of Spices.

I have had a very difficult time finding authentic and tasty Italian food out here. I moved from the East Coast and now rarely get to enjoy my family's cooking. The pasta is always Al Dente and the Veal Bolognese Is the closest to my Zio's that I've ever found. This fusion place has a deep understanding of the cultures it's drawing from! Genuinely worth the price! I'm thankful to whoever is cooking this delicious food. <3
