Ice cream is great and cookies are always good , however I took a star off because the past two orders the cookie didn't come warm. Also 3 scoops it's more of a one scoop size .

I am typically very happy with my order from Insomnia cookies. This time however, the cookies were fairly small and not consistent to what I have experienced in the past from insomnia. The cookies taste great, but for the price, I would expect the cookies to be larger and have more flavor. Would rather go in person to avoid a small batch.

shouldnt beover 33 dollars for 12 frozen cookies. served warm sure but they were still bad when they were warm. its a 12 pack of cookies and theres WAY better options, Mdonalds cookie tote was worth more than this

They were okay, my m&m cookie tasted stale, probably won't order again for the price, the size & taste, I thought they'd be at least a little bigger and a lot more softer. Kinda disappointed

I've ordered twice and both times an item was missing. Cookies & ice cream are great but whoever is packing door dash orders isn't doing a good job.
