• 5/11/26This place charges just as much as crumbl and yet their cookies are the size and taste like store bought cookies. They were also over baked and thin. $30 for 6 regular cookies is insane. Will not recommend or purchase again. Sorry.

• 9/22/25Absolutely amazing, I order this frequently and it never fails to meet expectations. The brownie is baked perfectly and the ice cream is always delicious.

• 3/1/25My cookies and a Chocolate Chip Brownie were hard and broken in certain spots. Taste like I got the last batches for the night even though they dont close til 3 am... I eat insomnia cookies in memphis on highland since they1st opened and ive never had a problem at their store ever! Definitely hope this was just a bad night for them, 1st impression is everything & this was not a great 1 from a loyal customer. My Salted Caramel was overcooked

• 8/27/25when i tell you the kind people working here saved the horrible day i was having i truly mean it. service was incredible my delivery was prompt and the cookies and brownies were to die for.
