Wow! SOOO yummy and flavorful and fresh. The recovery meal was everything I needed and more! Comes with a taste of everything you want and a drink. Pork ramen was delightful and authentic. Both side options were so so delicious and packed with a lot of flavorful ingredients.
The pork miso broth is great for recovery also it was really nice in the belly and made with love this restaurant really knows what they're doing.
The kara'age is a MUSSST these breaded chicken bites are sauced with great flavor and are cooked to perfection. I like to dip them in the spicy sauce on the side.
Staff were so polite and accommodating I called the restaurant to request some alterations and the woman was so kind and helpful and pleasant thank you so much Itani Ramen!

The flavor was good! The portion of meat was just really small for how much it cost. Been to multiple ramen places in the City and Oakland with cheaper prices and more meat.

This isn't exactly a bad review. I always enjoy the Oxtail Ramen. Great flavor and very filling. I typically add spicy shrimp and the ramen is perfect! My wife recently tried the Chicken Katsu Donburi and it was very disappointing as there was barely any katsu sauce on the chicken and hardly any miso dressing on the cabbage. It was very much a task to eat without the additional flavor from the sauce. Try chewing through a bunch of cabbage and carrots with little to no dressing; wouldn't wish that on anybody. It was hard to enjoy my meal while watching my wife labor through hers. Hopefully they'll do better next time.

The flavor of the broth and noodles were decent. The shimp that was received was not what was pictured. Very small and not worth $25. The portion was also very small for $25. Upon receiving the food, broth was pretty much cooled off while the other was still hot. Made to assume mine was sitting while the other was being made. Would not order again.

I was a little nervous because I was sent the wrong order. Nothing was wrong with the food, it was just a completely different order of something I don't eat. I do not like sending stuff back, or complaining about food, so it made me nervous to ask for it to be remade. The issue was resolved quickly, and with no further issues... and the ramen is delicious. I waited before giving my review, because we are human and sometimes makes mistakes. I appreciate that they made my order over, and got it back to me quickly and even more delicious than the first time I got it. I love great customer service, thank you! I will definitely be ordering again. Oh I also had the veggie gyoza sloppy and it SLAPPED!
