Unfortunately the katsu every other bite... I think it looks all cooked but I don't get why it's so cold in the middle. The curry sauce was also really oily and there is no veggies like potatoes or carrots like there typically is with Japanese curry. Sunomono Salad was nice! It had imitation crab.

I’ve ordered from this restaurant more than 10 times over the past 3 weeks, and every order has always been very consistent. They usually include the same sushi selections, such as ikura, shrimp, tuna, chutoro, hamachi, and unseared salmon, along with miso soup and seaweed. The presentation is always beautiful, but the contents have always stayed the same. However, today order was completely different. There was no miso soup, no seaweed, and the rice portion was much smaller than usual. I was surprised because this is the first time my order has been so different from what I’ve consistently received. I will definitely order from your restaurant again because I’ve always enjoyed the food. I just hope my next order will be back to the usual quality and consistency that I’ve come to expect. Thank you!

Try the Sundubu (tofu soup) - it is amazing and their Korean bbq is the best in Utah. Thanks again.

Honestly, I'm surprised at the 4+ star rating. I ordered after seeing it so high but now after trying it, I almost gave 2 stars. undercooked veggie tempura, fish was obviously not super fresh based on how it tasted, mango was completely missing from a roll, and it was all poorly packed without any concern for the presentation upon delivery. Last time we had Itto, it was from Midvale before the pandemic and it was great. Will never do West Valley again.
