Everything is fresh and delicious. The R5. Salmon Roll meat melts in your mouth and the R20. Alaska Roll is well put together. My favorite is the 80. Garden Roll and it is consistently delicious with a satisfying crunch. 36. Miso Soup really did the trick in tying everything together. The soup always does wonder for a cold if you ask me!

Genuinely the best sushi in the area! I love the starlight, mayflower, and true blue rolls. Their sashimi is DELICIOUS. Everything is always fresh, yummy, and thoughtfully prepared. We love J&C, won't go anywhere else for sushi!
