Burnt dry chicken and only like 5 small pieces that dont even have chicken the two tacos didnt even arrived

6 piece mozzarella was 5. No dipping sauce. No seasoning on them.

Overall everything was warm and pretty fresh. Tacos were a little dry and didn't really have any sauce inside. Order came pretty fast. I'd order again.

I don't think its Jack's fault, I think its Doordash more than likely, but when ordering the Hot Ones™ Sriracha Double Jr. Jumbo Jack® Cheeseburger it has a Required Selection for The Hot Ones sauce and it only says no. So I got a regular double jumbo jack with zero condiments on it. Not the taste experience I was looking for and this is pretty standard for Doordash: more expensive and lower quality than just going to the restaurant from the beginning.

fries were good but the Vanilla Shake w/ Boba came hard in the milkshake, some soft as normal but some were hard like frozen raisins. I've had ice coffee boba before and that was good.
