Potato wedges were not fully cooked. Bummed out because I paid basically 5 bucks for something I'm not going to eat. You guys are on point with the food 95 percent of the time. I work at a restaurant. You can tell when something is not fully cooked by looking at it. Not mad. Just disappointed.

ultimate cheeseburger is my favorite. breakfast sandwich was ok . Mini Churros (5) my absolute favorite besides your cheesecake. dogs approved also 🤣 thanks Jack in the box for keeping prices relatively cheap while providing good food

We are visiting from a no Jack in the Box state (which shouldn't be a thing), so we ordered enough nostalgic tacos to feed a village! We also ordered 2 Jumbo Jack Cheeseburgers (another must) & tried the Loaded Tiny Tacos. Everything was as delicious as we remembered & craved - we enjoyed the new Loaded Tiny Tacos adventure too. The Door Dash delivery was 100% correct, extremely quick & he delivered everything right to our hotel room door. 5 stars!

Both the onion rings and chicken strips were dry and stale as if sitting out all day and the "large crispy chicken strips" were the size of hot wings. Not okay and not good at all!! Negative stars needs to be an option here.

All modifiers were completely ignored. I was okay with substitutes for my order since they were out of chicken patties but I don't appreciate cold, dry, and partially burnt burger patties with hardly any sauce to speak of to help gag it down so it became inevitable. It sucks because I do love Jack in the Box but your quality of food at this location has been sorely lacking the last couple months.
