When I picked up my order, my shake was melted. I asked for a new shake, and the staff was rude. still got my frozen shake though

food took FOREVER to be made - dasher had to wait 20+ minutes, order was missing multiple items but bag was sealed so there was no way to tell before delivery. food was as expected from Jack in the box at 4am.

wanted large curly fries and it's more like a medium with the amount in the container. jumbo jack has the smallest piece of lettuce and meat patty is a bit over cooked. i also asked for a straw and the did not put one in the bag nor any napkins
