the chicken for my sandwich was old and burnt there was only three onion rings in my order so all in all Jack in the box you really really really did a terrible horrible job I would never order from Jack in The box again through doordash food was not fresh and there was only three onion rings in my order the only thing that I could say was fresh was the tacos but I highly doubt it they probably just dropped it in the fryer again

the chicken fillet for my sandwich was old and hard the medium onion rings I order wasn't even a medium it was more like a small and they were burnt and old as well the food was cold and I know it wasn't because of doordash because the stores only down the road from my house it takes 2 minutes so I will not be ordering from this Jack in the box again

By the time I got my food, the fries were barely warm! Everything was soggy and had lost some of the flavor. Driver told me that he had to wait in the drive through to get my food. Sounds like this location may need to adjust how they handle these types of orders.
