fries were hard and barely warm, the curly fries were more softer but also barely warm.
burger was ok but inside the box first thing I saw was a massive mustard stain next to the burger when I didn't order mustard.
to any workers seeing this at Jack In The Box.... make sure the food is fresh and correct before handing it out. because the stain makes it look like the box came out of the trash

food was decent, they no longer let us modify the things we order ( no tomato, extra onion, etc.) which sucks because I had to order it with ketchup which I hate. they don't allow other sizes of fries, only large. that being said the food was good. still warm. wish they'd throw in taco sauce when someone orders tacos because it also does not let us order it.

The store on 7 highway in blue springs did not have boba tea which was part of a combination order. The dasher called me and we agreed on curly fries as a replacement. driver came, there was no fries in the bag. I called the driver and she said, "they said they would replace with a small fry. " I ordered two teas with the meal. About $7 plus fees. A small fry that did not get put in the bag. for $7+! I tried to call the store. Its not accepting calls. Nothing the driver can do.

Missing sandwich and coffee. The big Jumbo Breakfast Platter w/ Bacon & Sausage Combo was so greasy it all tasted like grease. Definitely will be going back to McDonalds

honestly, the wait is SO LONG at this location. but the staff is so friendly and you can tell they are doing their best. also the Bacon & Swiss Buttery Jack® is too good!
