Seasoned Curley fry snack box is $12 and suppose to come with 5 dipping sauces. I have ordered this twice specifically just to get ranch dressing because there are no other options to get ranch. Both times did not receive a single ranch, unsure of if it's the location that I am able to get it from or it would happen at them all. Jack in the box needs options to add condiments and choose which ones you want, McDonald's has that option and you always get what you ask for. Jack in the box is lacking

Curly Fries Snack Box waste of money. Supposed to come with 5 ranch cups, got none. Also the curly fries were severely undercooked. Waste of $12.50 won't order this again.

The SMASHED Burgers are awful! We usedto order Buttery Jack burgers nearly every week, the whole fam liked them, but now they are dried up & have less flavor because Jack 'n the Box ruined them by using "smashed burger" hamburger patties on them! We seldom order anything from Jack 'n the Box anymore because the ButteryJacks USED to be our favorite burgers

My food was cold when it got to me. It's not the Dashers' fault. I watched his travels through the app. It appears that he waited for my food for a long time. All they had to do was give it to him when he showed up.
