I asked for extra mayo, this dry as the Sahara desert. The hasbrowns were burnt and had so much grease. The bag was literally covered with grease from them.

Don't bother customizing or selecting (optional sauces) because apparently, they don't pay attention to the details. The first time it happened, I didn't bother rating, but the second time, shame on them!

Loaded Breakfast Sandwich Combo was burnt they gave mea diet soda not a regular coke hasbrown tasked like it had been sitting there

I think the meat was left out all day. Burger was awful
