We want to commend the cook and staff members who were working at 3:30 PM, on April 28, 2023, at El Paso's Brentwood and Mesa Street location. Management and franchiser please take note! All instructions were followed and there were no missing items. The tacos were crispy, well-drained and delicious! The hash browns were not greasy and the sausage croissant was yummy! The large pineapple shake was exceptional and I wish it was a regular menu item. The raspberry and peach teas were very refreshing. This was the best food we have had at Jack in the Box in a long time. Keep up the excellent work!

My husband loves his Chicken Teriyaki Bowl. It's always his "go-to" item on the menu!
I appreciate that I can order breakfast items any time of the day. However, today, the hash browns were very greasy.
The Large FUZE® Iced Tea drinks are also a constant choice for us. We like peach, strawberry and raspberry the best.

Food was tasty, but portions were small. One of the French toast sticks was about half the size of the others, which were already small. Egg portion was small. Coffee was filled 2/3 of the way. 3pc Classic French Toast Sticks Platter w/ Sausage Combo

The All American Ribeye Steakhouse Burger is beyond wonderful. My family and I really hope that this becomes a regular menu item. The meat was flavorful and delicious, because it was juicy and not overcooked. Each of our burgers was customized perfectly. We devoured them too quickly to take pictures! LOL
