Jacks Spicy chicken was hard as a rock and lacked any kindof flavor or than freezer! I haven't had jack in the box in awhile and I was reminded of why tonight. It really was a waste of $20. Fries were rubbery and they brought the wrong drink. Save your money.

Everything was fresh and prepared meticulously well. I also appreciate the tamper-proof stapling of the bag. I wasn't sure the milkshake would come since it was 5am, but it did and special instructions were followed. I do wish they put some kind of cover over the lids since they are open on top, but it looked fine this time.

I ordered 3 orders of mini churros which comes with 5 per order and i only got 2 orders. It's frustrating when they can't read the order right and get it correct.
