Totally different experience from the other Jack's. I received all of my chicken, biscuits are in a tray of their own, individually bagged, and everything is fresh. I wish I would've switched the location a long time ago.

I've tried twice to pick up the Limited Time Offer of "Country Style BBQ Rib Sandwich" and they were out. But today they had it and my mother really enjoyed it, saying that it was better than the competition's "McRib".
The burgers & fries were very tasty (as always). The store got the order ready in less time than estimated and the Dasher got it delivered right away and still warm.

Chicken (Fried Chicken Box (8pc.)was freshly cooked and hot when arrved. However, the four biscuits were dropped in hot chicken and were not desirable to eat. Where crushed by chicken and soaked with crease from Fried Chicken Box (8pc.)

this is the worst chicken and fries I've ever eaten. how did they manage to mess up fries, the fries had no salt or flavor and the chicken had no flavor either. and the honey mustard was basically watered down. the burger wasnt great either but it was better than the chicken

The fries could have been a tad more cooked. Chicken strips very tasty. The BLT kinda blah. Definitely didn't look like the one advertised. Bread was barely toasted & too much mayo. The food should definitely be put in sealed bags so you don't have to wonder if your driver helped themselves to anything. Food was not even in closed containers.
