The food was delicious but this time around I received mostly bones & gravy instead of meat with my oxtail 😒

Looks exactly as the photo- all rice and hardly any meat. The rice was insipid and the gravy was watered down to stretch and you could taste it. No vegetables, just a single cut of dried up sweetpepper. I should ask for my money back. It was as though I begged for the meal and they gave me the scraps. I hated it.

The veggies tasted spoiled and I didn't like the taste of the oxtails amd no extra gravy on the side like I paid for and they never delivered my bulla cake that I paid for unacceptable

This food is the worst jamaican flavors food I've had to this day. The oxtail was completely flavorless. Absolutely no taste whatsoever not even from the meat or gravy. Huge disappointment and waste of money I could not even finish the food. I ate half an oxtail and threw the rest away. I would not order again from this store or this specific meal.
