• 9/4/26I got Veit Vietnamese Coffee @ 70% sweetened w/Boba. It was truly disappointing, extremely bitter and lil to none boba. I felt scammed

• 7/27/25I paid to pick up a drink at wrong branch thru this app. They still charged me. The drink i had ordered wasn't on the menu at this location. I ordered and paid $8 for a new drink, pistachio latte, was in a rush and didn't realize there's no espresso in that until i tasted it. They would not add espresso unless i paid again. I explained i want to transition to local coffee shops and I would become a regular but I already essentially paid $16 for one drink. They kinda laughed and said they couldn't change the menu -- even though all the lattes with espresso were cheaper.

• 7/26/25Biscoff Cookie Latte is phenomenal, and the sandwich was so great. I would have went with a different cheese but it was so good. Sausage, Egg & Cheese :)
