• 3/29/26Not like last time. Too much of one flavor overpowered the other which barely had any in it. Poor packaging, cup came cracked. Not ordering online again, I'd rather go in person. Italian ice had no ice cream and only the ice.

• 12/18/23I usually LOVE this store but today I ordered a salty caramel Italian ice with choc sprinkles but the order was NOT that! I got vanilla ice cream mixed with italian ice and no chocolate sprinkles. Being lactose intolerant this ruined my treat
