• 6/21/24I love the freshness of the subs each time I order, especially the #7 Turkey and Provolone on Gluten-free bread and the GF Snickerdoodle cookie. They surprised me today by going above and beyond and throwing in several of these GF treats to thank me for my loyalty with a Personalized Note! I've been ordering from here since they opened and wouldn't think of ordering my subs from anywhere else!

• 2/9/26The #13 The Original Italian is fire! I don't eve eat tomatoes but I knew it would be a hit on this sandwich. I'd order again, great quality and fresh ingredients. They didn't skimp me on the portion of meat like Subway did. The delivery was pretty quick for it to be rush hour on a Monday.

• 7/3/26the giant sub was not even cut in 4 pieces only in half. they did a sloppy job putting the subs together, toppings were falling off and weren't even on the sandwich. we had to but them back together. it was a mess

• 3/26/26I ordered the #13 The Original Italian from the Jersey Mike's on Albemarle Rd. in Charlotte, NC on 3/25/26. It was supposed to be on white bread. It arrived on stale wheat bread so hard that it actually hurt my tooth to bite into it. There was barely any meat or toppings and it tasted dry and bland. (Mayo was added, and it still was dry.) Usually, the sandwiches from here are very good, but this was by far the worst sandwich I've ever gotten from any Jersey Mike's. We ended up throwing out most of it. When a sandwich shop can't even serve a decent sandwich, there is a major problem.

• 6/22/26Was told my order wasn't ready upon arriving although I asked about it and could visibly see it. Waited 10 more minutes until another individual asked me my name and checked on me and gave me the bag i asked about and the order had been ready the entire time. Wasted 10min of my 30min lunch break.
