Went to the Jimmy John's on Matlock, ordered a BLT. It was horrible. The bacon was so thin and not crunchy at all. I've been to the Jimmy John's on Cooper a few times, always ordered the BLT. They were awesome! The Matlock location needs lessons from the Cooper location.

paid 20 for 1 sandwich. I had avocado added for extra price and hot peppers. There was barely a thin layer of avocado and exactly 1 pepper slice on each half. The amount of turkey meat was a lot less than usual. I'm extremely disappointed and will not order from here again.

I am sure they were just overloaded with orders, however I had to wait over an hour for my food. When my order was past due, I would be told 15 minutes more, I gave them more than double that and still wasn't ready. Though I liked my sandwich, it would have been nice if I got a drink or something for my wait.

I love Jimmy John's but 2 items were missing from my order. This is a lack of attention on whoever prepared the order. The receipt lists everything I ordered.
