I love the Chocolate Chip Cookie & the big #2 BIG JOHN® with provolone cheese with the Avocado Spread on the side always hits every single time.

They keep putting fountain drinks in plastic bags and it makes the other items soggy or it leaks through the bag

Very good sandwich. But they did forget the cheese. There's no cheese on my sandwich.

I had an exceptional experience with the Jimmy John's delivery driver during a rainy day. Not only did he go above and beyond by adding extra protection to my order, but he also knocked on my door twice to ensure that I received it promptly. I was so impressed by his dedication that I will definitely be leaving an additional tip. I appreciate Jimmy John's for utilizing their own employees as delivery drivers, as it truly makes a difference in the level of service provided. Thank you for the outstanding service!
