The Hushpuppies and Crab & Shrimp dip were delicious. The Balls of Fire were okay.

Placed an order through Doordash for pick up after calling twice. Paid online. I picked up my order and was told I did not pay, and that a doordash person is suppose to pick it up! I showed my recipe and was chastised by the manager for not using the original site. There was no option for delivery on the official site. Waited 1 hour then, another 20 mins after arriving to pick up my order. Paid $16 for a very, very small cold crab cluster, Pirates platter was greasy and cold. The whole order was cold!! I will not return nor spend my money at another Joe's Crab Shack! Very disappointed!

Forgot to place my Joe's Steampot in my bag. Door dash driver said the people at restaurant were very rude.

Fries were missing from burger combo. Burger is over cooked other food is room temp. Dinners were okay just skimpy portions.

Everything was good except the grilled chicken was very chewy and tough. Also, don't waste your money on a 'bucket' of crab.
