This was my first time ordering from Josephine GF and I was very pleased with the food. The waffle was light, chewy and had the perfect amount of buckwheat flour to add nuttiness without an overwhelming flavor. The fruit was fresh, sweet and delicious and the waffle was folded and wrapped just right, to make it easy to eat and not messy.
The artisan loaves are also very flavorful with a good crumb. I highly recommend Josephine Gf.
