I can tolerate delays due to rain, but sending me a cold, burnt banana bread is completely unacceptable. The person packaging this would've seen the quality and it's appalling that you still sent it.
Somehow, the coffee has remained at a reasonable temperature, despite the order, arriving an hour later than estimate

The Price point for one egg with some avocado and a few pieces of tomato and a spoonful of baked beans for the price point was really bad. Food was okay but your prices are just way too high over $30 for one egg and some avocado tomato on toast is outrageous. ￼
