Kalé doesn't miss. The chicken katsu in the Chicken Katsu Kalé Rice is so tender and satisfying. The curry truly is great comfort food, I wouldn't have thought it before having it but it is. The pickles are amazing, I ordered double bc i didn't want to run out but I think their original amount is probably perfect.

I rarely leave reviews, but this place deserves it. ALWAYS HOT when it arrives. ALWAYS tastes great. I get the Beef Kale' Doria and add a baked katsu, add extra sauce, and extra rice, and have a hearty, hefty meal for a fair price. Love this place.

There was literally ONE PIECE of meat in the Beef Kalé® Rice. I paid extra to add the vegetables. The flavor was okay. I added salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Maybe better in person!

Been eating here for almost a decade. This is one of the best restaurants in Portland. I always keep Vegetable Frozen Sauce in my freezer but Vegetable Kalé® Rice from the restaurant is the best. I love you guys.

it's tasty. a little spice in the sauce? like a delayed heat, but super mild. gave it 4 stars because the chicken itself was a little dry and overcooked, but not really noticeable if you are eating it with the sauce. overall very tasty dish. I am pretty sensitive to spice, so I probably won't get it again, but would still recommend to others 😊
