• 3/19/24I eat here waaaay more than my budget allows because the food hits EVERY time. I've been to a lot of portland sushi, and Kenbu is by far the best and most consistent spot. I always order with an alteration - no spicy mayo, and it's never accidentally put on. The folk who make the magic happen in the food cart are also So Nice. Definitely order here if you're on the fence about where to eat and you find yourself door dash doom scrolling, you won't regret it. 🍣😋

• 9/2/25The Red Dragon Roll was pretty bland. Not a lot o flavor. But the main issue was the roll was mostly rice. Way overpriced for getting half a roll of rice. One nice thing was they included an empty cup for the soy sauce.

• 2/16/22The Chicken Katsu at Kenbu Sushi reminds me of what I cooked as a tempura chef 20-something years ago at a busy sushi restaurant. Tonkastu sauce on the side and extra spicy mayo. It's my go to dish when I need comfort food. The sushi at Kenbu is the best. The Barbie roll is a solid choice.

• 5/12/26I really like their food, I've ordered here a few times, the spider handroll is my absolute favorite. Although there is times it can be a bit fishy. I only order from here if i'm craving it specifically because it's expensive for the size portions.
