Not only do they have great drinks, smoothies, and one of, if not the the best Cubano Sandwich in town, but they have a staff who care about their food even when it goes through DoorDash, and they go above and beyond to make their customers happy. Consider this reviewer as one of them.

Randomly stumbled across this cafe as an option and took a chance; so glad I did! The Cubano Sandwich is honestly one of the best I have ever had. The Lime-Ade was exceptionally refreshing and delicious, as was the Smoothies. The Latte with almond was also great. I have found a new favorite place.

The Cubano sandwich is one of the best I have ever had! The chili is great! The meal was packaged with care and clearly marked. I highly recommend Key West Bistro!

This is my favorite spot in the Twin Cities. they do it right! Great Cubans, excellent coffee, and amazing Key Lime Pie! worth the drive!

Never did I imagine I would find one of the best Cubano Sandwiches I've ever had in Minneapolis - but seriously, it is!
