• 8/18/24Ordered the 8 Piece original + 8 piece tenders deal! Good value for the price but my tenders were missing from the order. Other than that the food was good

• 2/2/26I ordered a large drink and they sent a regular size. Not the first time they have done this, and also not the only location that has done this, the one in elizabeth has done the same thing before also. I ordered the 8pc family meal w the 2 sides, mash & gravy & mac& cheese. I did NOT receive the gravy.. little sad about that bc the mash is DRY AF. Besides that everything else was great, chicken was cooked and seasoned well, the wedges were well cooked, and the mac & cheese combo & side are cheesy and good.

• 10/7/24The chicken looked strange- very dark- but not burned. Upon opening the inside looked just as strange and dark black spots all over the chicken meat. Taste was very odd. Not the kfc flavor we are used to having. Just terrible

• 5/14/26Sadly everything was cold/soggy. The chicken looked and tasted not fresh. Maybe I was holding my old memories of the juicy chicken w/crunchy crust. I didn't get any of the 3 sauces that were supposed to come with it & I paid extra for potato wedges instead of fries (which was an option right on the page with the meal.) I never leave reviews but I had to share this one. The lemonade was very good though. Disappointing

• 8/7/22Everything was soggy, poorly cooked & poorly packaged. The chicken in general was of poor quality and the "extra crispy" chicken was mushy . The Famous Bowl was a pile of on seasoned mush. The mashed potatoes were like watery soup
