that was a very nice dinner. the chicken was hot and fresh and I love the fresh biscuit also. what happen to the parfa deserts?

Amazing deal if you choose to pick up vs deliver (unless you have the DashPass). The food isn't as tasty as it used to be about a decade ago, but it's still better than the alternative options (e.g. Popeyes).
The portions were ginormous in a very organized box that held our chicken + biscuit + sides which made it very convenient for transportation.
I would definitely order it again for the BOGO deal, 100%!

The chicken was very dry and old. We were SO disappointed! KFC has never been this deliberate in getting rid of old food. The sides were fair but a bit stale.
KFC has always been delicious, good portions and fresh food. It's one of our favorite restaurants and food. We're assuming this was an isolated experience and that it won't be our future experience.

This is the best meal in year I have had from here! Order was accurate and delicious. 3 piece white meat was 2 breasts and a wing, so they didn't skimp and they included butter and honey this time. Excellent!

16 pc. Chicken Meal was room temp, did not taste fresh.
Mashed potatoes and coleslaw were just ok . Gravy tasted plastic, biscuits were hard and oddly shaped. Cherry Pie Poppers were pretty good. To sum it up, with all the fees and driver tip it came to about $93 for a disappointing meal.
