fries missing, had to re-order and pay again for the fries! rest of order getting cold. got the gravy but nothing to use it on. person on phone at KFC only somewhat helpful. 14 piece chicken is old and gross, pretty much inedible. this store does not know how to handle the chicken and for the ridiculous price it should at least be edible!

the Zinger Sandwich is very hit and miss. Sometimes it's great and sometimes the chicken patty is rock hard and thin
