The bone in chicken was good but the chicken tenders were a little tough. Maybe they were sitting out too long with the fries. It also didn't help that I didn't receive the sauces I ordered or ketchup! So over all it was mid. for family dinner.

the fries were stale and hard. the chicken strips were so tiny. I usually don't have any problems but today was not a good day

I need a refund i only received 2 pieces of chicken instead of 3 pieces i was so disappointed yesterday i called, there was no answer.

It didn't have much flavor- I was disappointed. The only thing that was good was the biscuits and one of them was not cooked all the way, it was weird

Ordered 3 pc Chicken BigBox ×4 for family after we spent the day moving. Ordered 2 with breast and wing and 2 with thighs and leg. Received only 1 with breast and wing and one of the other 3 had one leg and one thigh. None had a biscuit. Sloppy work folks.
