Everything was nice and hot when we received it. The chicken was not overly greasy, which was a great thing due to I have an issue with how much grease I can take in.

I got the 4 piece box and when I got my food it was cold, the gravy was clumpy and was like jello, my chicken was burnt,and a couple of my fries were raw. it didn't taste or look fresh, I would order again but not at this location

Ordered 4pc chicken box and paid extra for white meat
Opened the box to find a drumstick, a wing,and 2 pc. Of white meat.
Drumstick-white meat?
There were about a dozen fries and the chicken was like it had been sitting for hours. The only good thing was the Mac salad.

This was the worst KFC I’ve ever had, and honestly it was insulting to be served something like this. The chicken was clearly not fresh and had been refried to the point it was rock hard and completely inedible. I didn’t expect such terrible quality and careless service from a brand like KFC. Total waste of money and time. I won’t be ordering from here again.
