I ordered the Kiwami Kuro. The broth was 10/10 I had several sips before eating. The pork was amazing as well. The smaller pieces are the perfect bite. The black garlic oil added a deep smokey flavor that I was not expecting but compliments the dish adding an umami flavor. I suggest a side ordering a side of chili oil for those that want a little spice. Will definitely be ordering again.

I got the Miso Tonkotsu, and it was absolutely delicious. A generous portion size, but a good ratio of "stuff" to broth. The pork was delicious. I added Brussels sprouts and corn, removed the bean sprouts, bamboo, and mushrooms. Absolutely would order again!

The noodles tasted like wheat?/plant based noodles I tried from the store. I personally would like a spicy ramen option that isn't curry based. I love curry but just wanted a rich spicy pork based classic ramen.
I also have store bought dried seaweed at home but wanted to try theirs. I was disappointed...it was 2 small sheets that were stale. The kind you buy from the store is fresher and larger amounts for the same price.

don't order this for delivery. the food is amazing in taste but the amount of broth included has been slowly decreasing over the years. I can't even cover my other ingredients in broth because the amount included was so little. ramen is all about the broth. I didn't get ramen - I got a congealed noodle bowl with a dipping sauce of broth

Delicious ramen coming from a very picky ramen eater. I had the Kiwami Kuro, spicy, with extra char siu and would definitely order it again. It wasn't spicy enough for my taste, but the broth was so good it almost didn't matter. I'm a little disappointed that there wasn't more broth in the bowl because it's my favorite part, but perhaps that was a precaution for delivery. Regardless, I will be eating here again!
