They packed everything with care, with the lids to the boxes being slightly open to avoid moisture from building up to prevent things from getting soggy. They staple the bag at the top so everything is kept in tact.
When it comes to the food, omg, it was amazing!!! I ordered the K2 Yumyum 10pc Boneless and the portion is enough to feed 4+ if their appetites arent super big. I believe it comes with a small serving of the Pickled Radish but it's not enough for the humongous serving of the chicken.
I could tell the Kkokio Kimchi Fried Rice was made with homemade kimchi and was on the spicy side so depending on your spice tolerance this might be too spicy for you. Despite that, it's topped with a fried egg and so delicious!!
Curly Fries were also nice and crispy, standard. They were good but not mind blowing, y'know?
I also got the Iced Coffee 22oz. and it was rich in coffee flavor and sweet enough for me. Ice amount was perfect as well.
Couldn't get to the Grilled Pork/Thit Nuong because I was just too stuffed. But already the portion size is large as well. Could probably have it in two meals if you don't have a sizeable appetite.

Boneless Chicken Banh Mi was delicious! I got it without cilantro or pâté, the lemon pepper seasoning was so good with the pickled veggies and jalapeños. the Jasmine Peach Tea Iced 22oz. is just sweet enough without obscuring the tea flavor. definitely will be ordering from here again when i have a craving for fried chicken

Absolutely delicious. The crispy chicken was still very juicy alongside extreme crunch, and actually spicy like I asked for. Curly fries were perfectly cooked.

This is my first time ordering and I am IN LOVE! The 5 Cheese Balls are to die for - chewy and full of mozzarella. I dipped them in the Snow Cheddar powder and it was soooo good. The BYOB Chicken 1/2 Order was moist and flavorful, and the side orders of Pickled Radish really compliment. I will definitely be back soon!!

Just ordered from this restaurant through Door Dash and picked it up at the restaurant myself. Part of my order was two crispy pork banh mis. I've ordered this banh mi many times from this restaurant and loved it because of the crispy pork. I just got home, and the pork has no crispy parts whatsoever. It looks like grilled pork. I called the restaurant and they kept insisting with me that this was the crispy pork. I told them I do not see any crispy parts. They didn't know what I meant by crispy parts. I asked them what part of the pork would be crispy, the outside. They kept insisting it was right and offered no resolution. I would've accepted a response that offered a redo, but clearly they are not in the business of return customers.
