I got the Baja California Roll and it was delicious. The fish was fresh, flavorful, and abundant. The portion for the price was solid. The ponzu sauce is perfectly paired with this roll, no soy sauce needed. This is going to be my new go-to sushi roll. Miso soup also arrived hot and flavorful. I highly recommend both

Rice is hard. For the amount you are paying, sucha small portion. The eel sauce is bad. The avocado provided is brown. Would not recommend ordering the Unagi Donburi and Yuzu Salmon Donburi

the food itself was good, although the portions were a bit small. The Yuzu Miso Black Snapper Crudo came partially unscaled and while I was eatin it the scales ruined my experience, which is shame because the flavor was good.
Despite the flavor palet being there, the IKEA self assembly preparation and the lack of effort into presentation ruined my experience. I would not order from here again, given better options in California.

Food tasted amazing. They even separated the cutlet from the Cutlet Ramen as well as the Ramen Extra Toppings I ordered. Everything was nice and crispy. Sesame ChickenShrimp & Veggie Tempura
