I know basic orders are basic. But I call in. And every time have been respected fully. Have recieved an amazing order. Have had great packaging and everything comes ready. Hot Pot can be basic because they have limited options online. CALL IN! THEY ARE THE BEST!

I feel the OO: KPOT Steak Bento Box had no flavor to the steak let alone it was only 2 little pieces for the price? So the taste and portion size isn't worth it. OO: Boba Tea though was normal. OO: Edamame should have some salt...

this company did not include one of my sides that I ordered which was not cheap. but if that were the only thing, I would not be writing this review. I ordered a KPOT Beef Hot Pot. Based on the image of the meal, it seemed it would come at least with substantial amounts of bok choy, carrots, and whatever noodles I chose. however, I received measly amounts of each. I got 2, half bok choy leaves, no carrots, and like 10 udon noodles. I'm super disappointed and still hungry. 3/10 I wouldn't order from here again. Also the beef was super dry and difficult to eat. I'll back this this up with receipts and include pictures too.

Food was good, but the portions were a little small. The chicken was spicier than anticipated which was good. The miso was just broth, so it would have been nice to have some tofu or seaweed in it. I probably wont order again just based on not enough bang for your buck.

I didn't believe it at first but the other reviewers were right. The food doesn't look like the photos at all. It's like they used stock photos. My KPOT Veggie Hot Pot only had a couple of pieces of bok choy, noodles, and broth (way too much broth). I would've rather have more veggies and less broth.
